Okay, I caved.

I live next to a golf course, right? The landscaping is really nice, so there are lots of trees and flowers. Anyways, there are many cottonwood trees there! And they are been letting off seeds like crazy this year. The cottony spores float through the air like little fairies. It's one of the most beautiful things. ♥

I went to the lowest point of the neighborhood, where all of the cotton had drifted together, and kicked up a whole bunch back into the air. I had Magic with me, my neighbor's dog (a tri-color collie) and he got them all stuck in his fur. He is my favorite dog, I love him.

My skin is just getting used to the summer again, I was wearing my denim dress and my shoulders got all burnt. But the summer is my favorite! I'm so happy winter is over. The cold is too much and the days are too short and it's all depressing, blech.

And then in July I get to have my Lieke-buns for two whole weeks! And after that my family is taking a trip to Door County! I get to work with the horses again!

I am so irrationally pleased. :3
